Please follow all these instructions in order to use MondoTalk on your IP phone
1. Setup a FREE account
If you already have a MondoTalk number and password you can skip this step.
- Create a free account with MondoTalk by clicking here
- Check your email for your new MondoTalk account details. Write down or remember your free account details you will need them in the next step
2. Registering your MondoTalk account
- Open your IP phone’s user interface by typing the IP address of your unit in a web browser. You can find your phone’s IP address in the user manual or by pressing the help button directly from the IP Phone.
- Once you have opened the user interface you need to fill in the username, password and the server address fields with the details provided via email upon signing up with MondoTalk.
- Save the changes that you have made and restart your IP Phone.
- Once the phone has rebooted you should see the phone register with MondoTalk. Once it has done this you can call our FREE testing number 9080002 to check if you have configured your system correctly.
3. A friendly reminder
- Various make and models may have different user interface what’s important is that you register the your phone using the details provided upon signing up.
- If you are having difficulties registering your MondoTalk account to your IP phone please feel free to contact us and our friendly representatives will be happy to assist you.
- Please note if our FREE call testing number does not work please check if your IP phone has a rewrite rule or dial plan rule, if it does, please clear it first to be able to call our free testing service.
